We do not accept returns or exchanges after the order has been received.

  • Receiving a damaged product due to shipping.
  • Receiving the wrong product.
  • Missing items in the order.

How to Submit a Request:

  • You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order.
  • Attach clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product.

  • The case will be reviewed within 1–2 business days.

If approved:
